This Boston apartment is located in Somerville on the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartment is at the rear of home by the deck. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining table, living room, and a full bathroom. The living room also has a sleeping sofa. We also have a pack-and-play for the little one. If you need it, just ask. Beautiful deck in rear of property to enjoy dining, tea or coffee. Cleaners have access to second floor laundry through non-common area front door and hallway between the home's floors. Cleaners will not access any occupied units which are separated by locked doors. If you require more than one parking space on site during your stay, please contact us to determine availability. The charge per stay for a second space is $75 total.

Neighborhood

It is centrally located with easy access to Harvard University (10 minute walk) and the subway system (7 minute walk). The subway system can take around Boston and other neighborhoods and you can get around the city without the use of your car. This is a huge benefit because parking in some areas is hard to find and very expensive. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient laundromat is located across the street.

Fantastic place! Really easy to park, and the house is wonderful. We screen mirrored on TV to do a little karaoke night. The rooms are also cozy and quiet. We had 2 wonderful nights here. Strongly recommend!!

Had a great long weekend in Boston visiting our daughter. My daughter lives just north of Porter Square and this location was very convenient to her apartment as well as accessible to the T-station. Hosts were the most responsive I’ve ever dealt with within AirBnB network. Apartment was just as advertised, no surprises. Thank you.

The apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated and very warm ( we were there during the arctic cold front).The location was amazing-walking distance to local cafes, shops and restaurants.Hosts were incredibly responsive to all my questions, friendly and provided local best spots recommendations.The bedrooms are cozy and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! We look forward to coming back soon to explore the area further.
