This Boston apartment is located in Somerville on the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartment is at the rear of home by the deck. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining table, living room, and a full bathroom. The living room also has a sleeping sofa. We also have a pack-and-play for the little one. If you need it, just ask. Beautiful deck in rear of property to enjoy dining, tea or coffee. If you require more than one parking space on site during your stay, please contact us to determine availability. The charge per stay for a second space is $75 total.

Neighborhood

It is centrally located with easy access to Harvard University (10 minute walk) and the subway system (7 minute walk). The subway system can take around Boston and other neighborhoods and you can get around the city without the use of your car. This is a huge benefit because parking in some areas is hard to find and very expensive. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient laundromat is located across the street.

We had a great stay here, the place had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals, the wifi is fast, and the host was nice, responsive, and understanding. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay at this Somerville property. It was clean, well-appointed (very comfy beds and linens) and worked perfectly for our family of four with two teens. The layout allowed everyone to carve out their own space and feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location is excellent—walkable to Porter, Davis, and Harvard Squares, with easy access to the T and Star Market. Despite being close to a main street, it was quiet and relaxing with no noise issues at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, working with our schedule and offering real support when we experienced a family emergency. We also loved exploring the neighborhood—Petsi Pies, St. Germain, and The Little Crepe Cafe were some of our favorites. We are from this area (and used to live nearby years ago!) — so it was lovely to call this place home for a week and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Boston area who wants a peaceful stay in a residential neighborhood.
