This Boston apartment is located in Somerville on the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartment is at the rear of home by the deck. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining table, living room, and a full bathroom. The living room also has a sleeping sofa. We also have a pack-and-play for the little one. If you need it, just ask. Beautiful deck in rear of property to enjoy dining, tea or coffee. If you require more than one parking space on site during your stay, please contact us to determine availability. The charge per stay for a second space is $75 total.

Neighborhood

It is centrally located with easy access to Harvard University (10 minute walk) and the subway system (7 minute walk). The subway system can take around Boston and other neighborhoods and you can get around the city without the use of your car. This is a huge benefit because parking in some areas is hard to find and very expensive. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient laundromat is located across the street.

This apartment felt like home! I came to Somerville to visit my two college children and they loved this place. The location is very good as we took the T every day to go places. We cooked together for two nights and the kitchen (very spacious) had all the essentials--including olive oil and spices! Both beds were super comfortable and the futon/sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable. Both Hosts were super friendly and very responsive when I had questions. The bathroom was very clean and they had a hair dryer. I will definitively recommend this place, if you are traveling to Boston/Metro Area.

There are plenty of supplies, paper towels, tissues, cleaning supplies, toiletries. Firm bed, soft pillow, very comfortable bedding. Clear communication and quick response. The private parking spot is a big plus for me. It snowed during my stay, and there were crew shoveling out the driveway in the morning so that I can drive out with no delay. Really appreciate this! One minor suggestion is to make the shower head removable handheld.

The property has parking for 1 or 2 cars behind the house. The subway (Red lIne. Porter Square station) is 7 minutes walking distance.
