This Boston apartment is located in Somerville on the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartment is at the rear of home by the deck. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dining table, living room, and a full bathroom. The living room also has a sleeping sofa. We also have a pack-and-play for the little one. If you need it, just ask. Beautiful deck in rear of property to enjoy dining, tea or coffee. Cleaners have access to second floor laundry through non-common area front door and hallway between the home's floors. Cleaners will not access any occupied units which are separated by locked doors. If you require more than one parking space on site during your stay, please contact us to determine availability. The charge per stay for a second space is $75 total.

Neighborhood

It is centrally located with easy access to Harvard University (10 minute walk) and the subway system (7 minute walk). The subway system can take around Boston and other neighborhoods and you can get around the city without the use of your car. This is a huge benefit because parking in some areas is hard to find and very expensive. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient laundromat is located across the street.

This was a great apartment for our 2 nights in Boston. Very cosy and warm inside despite the snow and temperatures in the teens. It was an easy walk to the subway which took us straight into the centre of Boston. It’s a quick walk to Harvard. Fabulous location. Would highly recommend.

I’m local and just needed a place to stay during some renovations on my apartment, and this place couldn’t be more perfect. Such a great location, 10 min walk to the T, and the free parking was clutch. Place is well-designed and really comfortable. Hosts were fabulous and incredibly proactive with reaching out and making sure I had everything I needed.

Nous y avons passé le week-end et nous avons adoré, situé à proximité d’Harvard à pied, des transports pour rejoindre le centre de Boston et dans un quartier plutôt tranquille, nous avons adoré notre séjour, le lieu était semblable à la description et l’hôte fut très réactif ! Le café Rustica, situé en face de la propriété, a été très accueillant et parfait pour y prendre un café ou un petit déjeuner, merci beaucoup, nous y retournerons pour sûr !

I am eternally grateful to our hosts because they did allow me to get a late checkout due to unforeseen circumstances where I had to do laundry the day of the departure and needed to dry it and then pack.
