RecRoom with a Queen Sleeper and office. One car garage. Fenced in large private backyard, and patio. Located near renowned beaches, parks, gardens, biking trails, and golf. 1st bedroom: one King Bed 2nd bedroom: one Queen Bed 3rd bedroom: two full beds Two Full Bathrooms, one large with two sinks and a bathtub and the other one with a large stand-up shower and a sink. Additionally, you have one recreational room with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa (blue one in the pictures) and an office with High Speed Wi-Fi and a large desk adjustable to standing or sitting. Please let us know if you’d like us to leave the queen sofa bed set up before your arrival!! There are three large smart TVs throughout the house (one in King Bedroom, one in Living Room and one in the Recreational Room). A fully fenced in large sunny private backyard with a large furnished comfortable lanai to complete your stay. An additional table with 4 more chairs is located off the lanai in a Sunny spot on the east side patio, to enjoy breakfast or the sunset. There’s chaise lounges located on the south side of the lanai. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for our guests. Please inquire about Boat, RV or trailer parking in the driveway - can accommodate up to certain sizes.

You couldn’t possibly be in a better location to everything Sarasota and the surrounding towns have to offer!!!: 1 mile to Siesta Key Beach, 12 min to Downtown Sarasota, 20 min to Lido Beach, 20 min to Venice Beach, 25 min to UTC Mall, 20 minutes to the Sarasota - Bradenton Airport and 30 min to Ana Maria Island and Bradenton. Centrally close to renowned beaches, botanical gardens, state parks, museums, golf, fine dinning and biking trails. Just 5 minutes to Costco, Sprouts, and Target and 4 minutes to Gulf Gate Mall where you have Publix, restaurants, banks and a variety of stores and businesses. The nice Gulf Gate Public Library just 4 minutes away. In Sarasota, this is the best location to be the closest to the famous Siesta Key Beach, but still close to conveniences like Costco, Malls, Restaurants and a Library (all within a 5-minutes drive) and conveniently close to all the other popular must see places and attractions the area has to offer. These include: Downtown Sarasota, Bayfront Park, Beautiful Venice, the two Mary Selby Botanical Gardens, which offer stunning ocean views with gorgeous collections of plants and historical buildings, The famous Ringling Museum, and other beautiful beaches like Venice Beach and Lido Beach, just to name a few. It’s also conveniently close to beautiful state parks like Oscar Scherer, Myakka and the famous Legacy Trail!!!!!

House Rules

• A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in the kitchen cabinet. • Please refrain from bringing food or beverages into the bedrooms (except water) • Please turn off the lights when not in use. • To respect the neighbors' tranquility, we ask for quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am. • Please make sure the house doors are locked when you are not at home. • Please close and tie used trash bags and placed them in the light blue trash can located on the east side of the house. • Recycling material should be placed in the darker blue recycling receptacle located on the east side of the house. • Check-in is at 3 pm • Check-out is at 11 am • Please do not move or re-arrange furniture. • Please don’t run any wooden utensils in the dishwasher to avoid them from getting damaged. Just place them in the kitchen sink for us to hand wash after your stay. • Guests are permitted one dog weighing 50 pounds or less; unless the host agrees in writing in advance other arrangements. • Guests will always keep the dog on a leash outside the home. • Guests will not leave the dog unattended on the property. • Non smoking. $250 minimum charge for smoking or vaping tobacco or weed anywhere on the property. One car garage has a low profile and is not meant to be used to park large SUVS or other large vehicles. The garage door is a manual open/close door without a remote.

This has been the best place we’ve stayed in Siesta Key! We come every year, and this fully remodeled, beautifully decorated home topped them all. It’s super spacious for 8 guests and has three separate living areas—perfect if you’re traveling with kids who need their own space. The location is ideal: 7 minutes to Crescent Beach, 11 to Siesta Key Beach, and 20 to Lido Beach. Tons of great restaurants nearby—Ahí Peruvian Grill is our new favorite! The host and co-host were incredibly attentive, checking in throughout our stay and always ready to help. We felt truly cared for. Looking forward to booking again!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We traveled for a long-weekend to enjoy the beach with family. The house has pretty much everything you need! From the kitchen to the external area. A very welcoming place that we will come back again, for sure!!!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again!

The place was clean, the neighborhood was a little tricky if you turned down the wrong street the directions for a little mixed up. The house number on the listing is also different than the address provided, but all in all it was a nice place, spacious, clean and close to a lot!
