Good to know

1st bedroom: one King Bed 2nd bedroom: one Queen Bed 3rd bedroom: two full beds Two Full Bathrooms, one large with two sinks and a bathtub and the other one with a large stand-up shower and a sink. Additionally, you have one recreational room with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa (blue one in the pictures) and an office with High Speed Wi-Fi and a large desk adjustable to standing or sitting. Please let us know if you’d like us to leave the queen sofa bed set up before your arrival!! There are three large smart TVs throughout the house (one in King Bedroom, one in Living Room and one in the Recreational Room). A fully fenced in large sunny private backyard with a large furnished comfortable lanai to complete your stay. An additional table with 4 more chairs is located off the lanai in a Sunny spot on the east side patio, to enjoy breakfast or the sunset. There’s chaise lounges located on the south side of the lanai. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for our guests. Please inquire about Boat, RV or trailer parking in the driveway - can accommodate up to certain sizes.

You couldn’t possibly be in a better location to everything Sarasota and the surrounding towns have to offer!!!: 1 mile to Siesta Key Beach, 12 min to Downtown Sarasota, 20 min to Lido Beach, 20 min to Venice Beach, 25 min to UTC Mall, 20 minutes to the Sarasota - Bradenton Airport and 30 min to Ana Maria Island and Bradenton. Centrally close to renowned beaches, botanical gardens, state parks, museums, golf, fine dinning and biking trails. Just 5 minutes to Costco, Sprouts, and Target and 4 minutes to Gulf Gate Mall where you have Publix, restaurants, banks and a variety of stores and businesses. The nice Gulf Gate Public Library just 4 minutes away. In Sarasota, this is the best location to be the closest to the famous Siesta Key Beach, but still close to conveniences like Costco, Malls, Restaurants and a Library (all within a 5-minutes drive) and conveniently close to all the other popular must see places and attractions the area has to offer. House Rules

• A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in the kitchen cabinet. • Please refrain from bringing food or beverages into the bedrooms (except water) • Please turn off the lights when not in use. • To respect the neighbors' tranquility, we ask for quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am. • Please make sure the house doors are locked when you are not at home. • Please close and tie used trash bags and placed them in the light blue trash can located on the east side of the house. • Recycling material should be placed in the darker blue recycling receptacle located on the east side of the house. • Check-in is at 3 pm • Check-out is at 11 am • Please do not move or re-arrange furniture. • Please don’t run any wooden utensils in the dishwasher to avoid them from getting damaged. Just place them in the kitchen sink for us to hand wash after your stay. • Guests are permitted one dog weighing 50 pounds or less; unless the host agrees in writing in advance other arrangements. • Guests will always keep the dog on a leash outside the home. • Guests will not leave the dog unattended on the property. • Non smoking. $250 minimum charge for smoking or vaping tobacco or weed anywhere on the property. One car garage has a low profile and is not meant to be used to park large SUVS or other large vehicles. The garage door is a manual open/close door without a remote.

Honestly. This place is incredible, I can for work and due to that did not enjoy the full amenity here. This place is perfect for families. The house is large and has an amazing entertainment space and outdoor gazebo place that has a bug screen. Everyone person can have their own nook/ space for their own. The house was clean and well lit. Bathrooms were clean and everything was super cozy. The air condition works so well. I would stay here again 10/10. Not a single issue.

I stayed with my family only for a night and we love it. House was so clean, easy to check in and out, so close to the beach. I highly recommend it. And I will be back next time.

Great place to stay, especially for small groups like us. Really spacious but cozy as well and you don’t need to worry about bringing your beach gear as they also provided it to you. We will definitely come back
